2. Purchase a live-link to include in your job advertisement
Purchase a unique link that you can include in your job advertisements. Job applicants will be invited to take a short online test to help discover their main intelligence. As soon as they have completed the test you will see their results in real time, similar to the sample shown below.
You can use your link as many times as you wish for hiring one or multiple applicants, and all results will show up on your account. If you want to use multiple links you’ll need to have multiple accounts, each one attached to a different email address.
3. Use your shortlist to hire the best intelligence
Once you have discovered your applicants’ intelligences, you can match the best people to the intelligence you are looking for using your shortlist. This will show you the applicants that match either the main intelligences you are looking for.
